Sanity checks. Does the answer make physical sense? Is the magnitude realistic? We test against boundary conditions and conservation laws—the same way professional physicists validate their work.

Refinement. How could the solution be more elegant? What did this specific problem reveal about your conceptual gaps? Optimization is where genuine learning happens, moving you from 'getting it right' to 'deeply understanding'.
